An edit bay that travels light.
Post & motion for brands and creators.

“I cut the films, ads, and content people actually finish watching.”
I started Cut Theory in 2014 after a decade in agency post and a stack of brand films that nobody watched to the end. The lesson stuck: a cut is an argument. Every frame either earns the next one or loses the viewer. Today I run a fully remote edit bay for brands and creators — assembling story, grading for mood, designing motion, and finishing sound — with a process tight enough to hit launch dates and loose enough to chase the better idea.
Cut Theory is the remote edit bay of Theo Marsh — an editor, colorist, and motion designer cutting short-form, YouTube, commercials, documentary, and motion graphics for brands and creators. Story-first edits, a filmic grade, and a delivery process built for retention and conversion.
